Taste of the Wild, is a set menu of a few different Game Meats that the Buckhorn Exchange is offering (served family style). Mountain Men lived alone during the year, they relied on hunting to provide food for themselves and for their family, which included Wild Game, such as Elk, Deer, Antelope, Bear, Wild Turkey, and Mountain Sheep. The Buckhorn chef's have created a Mountain Man Menu for our guests to enjoy . All of Taste of the Wild set menu options, come with a choice of a soup or salad (or you can upgrade to Caesar salad for $7.50), and a side dish which are included as with all our dinners.
